Problem Statement
The data of the Victorian government was very scattered & unstructured. Citizens were facing a hard time accessing government services and making transactions for them. Putting all the services on one platform, categorizing services and agencies, integrating transaction facilities was required to deliver an interactive and faster experience to citizens.

After collecting all the citizens’ feedback, compiled all the available data, analyzed it, processed it, and interpreted results, and applied it to deliver a digital platform, Service Victoria to government services simpler and easier.
